I have stretched and stretched but still have a hard time fitting it properly and usually just do up the second set of snaps as I can't get the first set done up. When I do manage to get all the snaps done up, the bottom elastic slips off the front because it is too tight. For a custom stroller cover, it should be a better fit. I could have ordered a generic rain cover for a lot cheaper. I'm hoping it will stretch out over time.
